Mio offers the C620 and C620t personal navigation device with 3D maps. Mio C620 and C620t are actually the same except that C620t comes with extra integrated Traffic Message Channel (TMC). They have a 4.3-inch LCD display, SiRF starIII GPS chipset, integrated Bluetooth, media player.
