Sony adds the VAIO UX490N to its UX UMPC family. The Sony VAIO UX490N is powered by an Intel Core 2 Solo Processor U2200 Ultra Low Voltage processor, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, 48GB NAND SSD, Intel GMA 950 integrated graphics. The VAIO UX490N does come with a 4.5-inch LCD display with 1024×600 resolution.
UX490N features also WiFi 802.11a/b/g, Bluetooth, a Memory Stick card slot, 10Base-T/100Base-TX LAN and WWAN support with AT&T. The UMPC offers up to 3.5 hours of standby time. It is priced at 2499.99.
