BenQ announced the new E820 digital camera which features a 8 Megapixel CCD image sensor, 3x optical zoom, 4x digital zoom and ISO rating up to 1000. BenQ E820 has a 2.5-inch LCD display and it can record 720×400 or 640×480 videos at 30fps.
BenQ E820 comes with 6MB internal memory and has a SD card slot for expansion. It measures 91.5 x 56 x 22.5mm and weighs 130g.
