Sony launches in Europe the DVP-FX850 Portable DVD Player. The unit features a 180-degree swivel 8-inch high resolution Widescreen LCD display. It supports DVD+/-RW DL playback, 8cm DVD+/-RW and even MP3 or JEPG CD/DVD discs, as well as DivX videos stored on CD-R or DVD+/-RW.
Inside the player, there is a high performance 12-bit 108MHz video DAC to provide super-smooth and artifact-free playback. It comes with a USB port for JPEG and MP3 playback. The integrated battery iffers 6 hours of battery life.
