i-mate offers the Ultimate 5150 a slider PDA phone running the Windows Mobile 6 Professional OS. The i-mate Ultimate 5150 is powered by an Intel Bulverde 520MHz processor, 256MB ROM, 128 MB RAM.
Ultimate 5150 has a 2.8-inch VGA 260k color LCD touchscreen, a 2 Megapixel camera, WiFi 802.11b/g/e/i, Bluetooth v2.0 + EDR and built-in FM tuner. It supports direct video out XGA and microSD memory cards.
It is coming in the Mid 2007.
