The N93i sports a 3 Megapixel camera with a 3x optical zoom Carl Zeiss lens, and a 2.4-inch 240×32016.7 millions color LCD display, a 1.1-inch OLED secondary display. It records VGA video in 30fps. The N93i has 50MB internal memory and supports miniSD memory card. There are mini USB and Bluetooth connectivity and TV-out.
The N93 gets a 3.2 Megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens which supports 3x optical zoom. It also records VGA video at 30fps. The phone has a 2.4-inch QVGA 260k color display with 160-degree viewing angle, and 1.1-inch sub-display. There are 50MB internal memory and a miniSD card slot.
