PhoneArena has a video preview on i-mate JAQ3 Pocket PC phone. The i-mate JAQ3 is a Quad-Band PPC Phone powered by a TI OMAP 850, 200 Mhz processor, 128 MB ROM and 64 MB RAM. It runs the Windows Mobile 5 OS. It has a 2.4-inch 65k colors 320×240 pixels LCD touchscreen, a 2 Megapxiel camera, a QWERTY keyboard and Bluetooth 1.2.
The JAQ3 measures 126 x 67.5 x 14.5 mm for 160g.
