Netron Tech presented ‘NRC-3000’, a handheld 900MHz RFID reader during RFID/USN KOREA 2006. It is powered by a Intel PXA 255 400Mhz processor, 32MB ROM and 128MB RAM and it runs Windows CE 5.0 OS. It has a3.5-inch touchscreen, foldaway RFID antenna, RFID scanner, 1D/2D barcode scanner, USB, SD/CF card slots, 802.11b/g WLAN, and CDMA1x wireless communication capability. It weighs 600g. It will available in the first half of next year.
