Sony to ship first EV-DO Rev A-equipped Notebook

Sony’s Vaio VGN-TXN10 is the first EV-DO Revision A-enabled notebook and Sony has begun shipping the notebook to Sprint. The laptop has an ultra-low voltage Core Solo single-core processor, a dual-layer DVD+R/RW optical burner. Not only EV-DO Rev A, it also comes with Bluetooth and 802.11b/g.

Weighted 1.3kg, the new Vaio will be available in four colors: Charcoal, Platinum, Sienna and Slate Blue and the price will be around $2300.
