The M-20 features a white OLED (128×64) and touch-sensitive control keys (similar to chocolate phone, right?). It supports MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG file formats, FM Tuner, Voive/Line-In recording, SRS, WOW, TrueBase sound effect and 7EQ settings.
The player can run up to 12 hours with the built-in rechargeable Li-Polymer battery. It measures 35.5×80.7×7.5mm and weighs only 3.5g.
