Ultrasone announced the new Edition 10 headphones, the company’s first open back special edition headphone. The headphones features Zebrano wood ear cup inlays, Ethiopian sheepskin leather ear cup pads, Titanium plated 40mm drivers, silver-plated OFC 99.99% pure copper wires with Kevlar coating. Only 2010 units will be available and each one will be embossed with its own serial number.
The Edition 10 also features ULE standard (Ultra Low Emission) and S-Logic Plus technology offering 5-45,000Hz frequency response, 32ohm impedance, and 99 dB sound pressure level. It comes with a hand crafted Zebrano wood headphone stand and is housed in its own wooden box for safe storage and transportation.
The price of the Ultrasone Edition 10 headphones is $2479.
