Denon rolls out the AVP-A1HDCI, a 12-channel “Ultra-Reference” A/V surround sound and video processor that comes with built-in support for Ethernet, WiFi and Control4 home automation. This 12 channel A/V Pre-amplifier comes with Burr-Brown 24-Bit/192kHz DACs on all 12 channels and is equipped with the new DDSC-HD circuitry and Analog Devices SHARC processors.
The Denon AVP-A1HDCI is THS Ultra2 certified and supports digital audio decoding including Dolby Pro Logic IIx, Dolby TrueHD, DD+ and dts-HD Master Audio. It is compatible with HDMI 1.3a and is RDS, HD Radio and XM Radio ready. The AVP-A1HDCI is also Control4 certified.
