The device will help reveal habits and behaviors that may be helping or hindering your sleep, and teaches new ways that may help you get a better night’s rest.
The Zeo has three components, including the Zeo Headband that is a soft and lightweight headband the uses SoftWave sensor technology to simply, comfortably, and accurately track your unique sleep patterns; the Zeo Bedside Display provides your first window into how you slept last night and lastly the myZeo website. THe Bedside Display has a SD card that store all your sleep data that can be transfered to the myZeo website.
