Samsung launches in the UK market the new HMX-F90 digital camcorder with 52x super long zoom. You may be a little disappointed that the new video camera does only 1280×720\/30p HD video recording instead of Full HD. It comes equipped with a 5 Megapixel CMOS image sensor and also does still image shooting.

\nAs mentioned above, the F90 sports a 52 super long zoom lens. The lens also has F1.8 aperture, and using Intelli-Zoom, the zoom range can be extended to 70x. The camcorder includes time-lapse recording that allows users to slow down the amount of frames recorded per second, and the Record Pause for users to pause filming without having to start a new video file. It even comes with in-camera video editing.<\/p>\n

The HMX-F90 comes with a 2.7-inch LCD display. When conncted to a PC via USB cable, you can use the One Touch share button to easily upload videos to social networking sites (via the Intelli-Studio software). The camcorder uses SD\/SDHC cards to store videos and images.<\/p>\n
