NuForce introduces its 2-inch tall Cube, an all-in-one ‘Mobile Audio Center’ that combines portable speaker, headphone amplifier and USB Digital Audio Converter (DAC) into one. Despite its compact size, the 2-inch Cube is intended to deliver high quality music with detail, depth and dimension. It delivers 3-watt of audio output. The speaker measures just 58.5mm x 58.5mm x 60.0mm.

As a headphone amp, the Cube is equipped with finely optimized amplifier circuit to take input audio signal to a new level, ensuring the headphones provide all the clarity and detail. The Cube is also a SB digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with USB audio connector for accpeting music directly from computer and bypassing the computer’s onboard DAC, so as to improve audio quality.<\/p>\n

NuForce’s Cube has built-in rechargeable lithium battery that allows up to 8 hours of continoues playback. It comes with a 3.5mm cable, a USB cable and a soft carrying pouch. When use with the optional iPod nano connector, the “duo becomes one of the world’s smallest, high-quality music systems.” The Cube is available in black, silver, red and blue for $119.<\/p>\n
