Remember Asus’s 7-inch FonePad announced in February? The Taiwan company has announced the second model in the FonePad line, the Fonepad Note FHD6. Smaller than its 7-inch brother, the device is still huge as a smartphone, though you may consider it as a tablet. While the phone’s name is similar to Samsung’s phablet offerings, its dual front speakers looks just like HTC One‘s BoomSound speakers.
The Fonepad Note sports Intel’s Atom Z2560 dual-core 1.6GHz CPU with SGX544MP2 graphics chip and 2GB of RAM. The 6-inch IPS touchscreen features 1920×1080 Full HD resolution, 450-nits of brightness and anti-fingerprint coating. It gets a 8 Megapixel main camera and a 1.2 Megapixel front-facing camera for video chat. Like the Galaxy Note, a capacitive stylus is included for accurate drawing and handwriting.
Asus’s huge handset supports 3G for data and phone call.
