NEC expands its projector lineup with its new range of P-series projectors for corporate boardrooms, higher education classrooms and government training facilities. Known as P401W, P451X, P451W and P501X, these entry-level installation projectors feature up to 5000 lumens brightness and contrast ratio ranging from 2000:1 to 4000:1. They also include Advanced AccuBlend technology to ensure detailed images when non-native resolution sources are connected to the projector.
Both P401W and P451W feature a wide 1280×800 WXGA resolution, and 4000 lumens and 4500 lumens brightness, respectively. The P451X and P501X, on the other hand, delivers 1024×768 XGA images with 4500/5000 lumens brightness. All of them offer 4000:1 contrast ratio for detailed images. With ECO Mode technology, these projectors’ lamp and filter life are extended up to 6,000 hours.
The new P-series projectors have dual HDMI with HDCP inputs and four audio inputs, including mini stereo, R/L and HDMI. There is integrated USB viewer and USB input for PC-free presentation. To provide audio volume needed for large venues, they are equipped with 16w speakers. RJ45 connector is provided for network capabilities.
The P401W, P451X, P451W and P501X are priced at $1,799, $1,799, $2,049 and $2,199, respectively.
