Medion is not a global brand like its parent Lenovo, but it is an active player in the Europe market. The company has launched a new Windows 8 all-in-one PC, the Akoya P2004. Though running Windows 8, its 23.6-inch Full HD display is not touch-enabled, meaning users will not be able to enjoy (in case you wnat) Windows 8’s touch experience.
The P2004 is powered by an Intel Core i303220 processor with integrated Intel HD 2500 graphics and 4GB of RAM. It comes equipped with a 1TB hard drive and a DVD SuperMulti burner. There is also a 7-in-1 card reader. The PC supports WiFi 802.11n connectivity and provides USB 3.0 connectors. With HDMI input, users can also use the all-in-one as a display for their gaming consoles or HDMI devices.
The P2004 supports VESA for wall-mounting. It is available for GBP499 in the UK.
