Accessory and peripheral maker Genius is back with a new wearable ring style air mouse. Called Ring Mouse 2, the ring-style touch sensor has a lightweight and human-oriented ring design for business, travel, education as well as HTPC users. Its compact design makes it easy to carry and fits in your pocket.
Using touch control technology, the Ring Mouse 2 allows users to slide their finger to navigate through web pages or documents. You can also switch to cursor mode to use it as an in-air mouse for actual mouse functions, including cursor movement, left/middle/right click, dragging and 4-way scrolling. It uses 2.4Ghz wireless technology, providing up to 10 meters of operation range. Genius also managed to pack a slim li-ion rechargeable battery in the ‘Ring’.
The wearable Ring Mouse 2 is available in silver and titanium.
