Hitachi brings its new CP-AW252WN ultra short-throw 3LCD projector to the US market. The full-featured, network-capable projector uses 3LCD display technology and features 1280×800 WXGA resolution, 4000:1 contrast ratio, and 2500 ANSI lumens brightness. It is able to produce a 100-inch image at just 15.4 inches from the front of the projector.
The CP-AW252WN provides up to 5000 hours of lamp life and includes the ImageCare Technology lamp power control function for optimal picture performance with maximum energy savings. It also comes with a range of useful convenience features. Its PC-less presentation allows users to deliver presentation from USB flash drive without the need for a computer, and you can also easily send content directly from PC via LAN connection. Using the tabletop stand, the projector can also project images onto a tabletop. The Perfect Fit 2 image adjustment system is also included to correct any geometric image distortion and precisely fit images to the screen or tabletop.
The Projector Cloning function of Hitachi’s CP-AW252WN allows users copy the settings data from one projector and transfer it to other projectors via USB storage device. Users can use the new Projector Quick Connection iOS app to monitor and control multiple Hitachi projectors from a single iOS device. The projector offers RJ-45 Ethernet wired network connectivity, and supports WiFi using the optional USBWL11N USB wireless adapter. You can find HDMI, S-Video, composite, D-Sub RGB inputs as well as RS-232C port.
