Powered by an 1GHz Qualcomm MSM7227A CPU and 512MB of RAM, the affordable Xperia is loaded with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and will be upgraded to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It has a 4-inch 480×854 touchscreen display, a 5 Megapixel camera and a front VGA camera, Bluetooth, DLNA, WiFi and GPS/AGPS. The entry-level device comes with 4GB internal storage and supports microSD card up to 32GB.
Sony will release the Xperia J in Q4 in black, gold, white and pink colors.
