Following the Optimus L3, L5 and L7, LG expands the Optimus L-series with the latest L9 slim smartphone featuring LG’s L-Style design. With a 9.1mm thin body, the handset comes with a slimming metallic streak and modern square style that offers a comfortable grip from its slim and stylish design. The phone packs a 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 4GB internal storage.
LG’s new Optimus L9 runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with a unique user interface, complementing the L9’s L-Style design. It also comes pre-loaded with some unique features such as QTranslator that instantly translates not only words, but also entire sentences and phrases with a simple scan from nearly 44 foreign languages to 64 user languages; the My Style Keypad function that adjusts the key formation of the keypad according to whether the user is texting with one hand (right or left-handed) or two hands, and the QMemo for users to capture, memo and share ideas with others using their fingertip or handwriting.
The new slim, stylish Optimus has a 4.7-inch large IPS touchscreen display, a 5 Megapixel main camera, a VGA front camera, microSD card slot as well as support for Bluetooth, WiFi and DLNA.
