Cricket Wireless introduces a new QWERTY Android smartphone, the Ascend Q (M5660) by Huawei. The phone is an entry-level handset running Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system on a 800MHz processor.. With QWERTY keyboard, you can type faster and more accurate for quick messaging with friends and update status on social sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
The Ascend Q sports a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen display, a 3.2 Megapixel camera with video recording, Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, and a microSD/SDHC card slot. The phone supports tri-band CDMA EVDO network, and comes with Cricket’s Muve Music service.
The Huawei Ascend Q is available for $149.99 without contract.
