Orbitsound announced the new T9, a soundbar with a compact design yet has the capacity to fill a room with “Orbitsound’s unique spatial sound.” The space-saving T9, measuring 30cm in length, fits any room in the home and is intended to enhance TV and home cinema audio from small screen TVs. The integrated dock allows you to dock your iPod/iPhone for music playback and charging, and you can control the iPod/iPhone using T9’s remote control.
Inside the compact housing, you can find two 2.5-inch mid-high drivers, a 1-inch tweeter, and two 1-inch midrange spatial generators. The soundbar offers a 140W RMS output, and it comes with a 6.5-inch long throw subwoofer with a matching small dimension. With the spatial stereo technology, the T9 is able to deliver audio without interference throughout the room, creating an infinite sweet spot, meaning you can the same incredible audio no matter where you are positioned in the room.
Orbitsound’s T9 has a magnetically attached damped metal front grill. It provides optical, AUX in/out connections and a video output for you to bring video content to TV. Coming in mid-July, the T9 is priced at GBP199.99.
