HTC’s Desire C is now available in the UK from 3. The budget smartphone, while not part of the One series, has borrowed some design element from the One X. It is powered by a 600MHz processor with 512MB RAM and will be shipped with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4 user interface. The handset has 4GB internal storage and supports microSD card up to 32GB.
The Desire C sports a 3.5-inch touchscreen with 320×480 resolution nd a 5 Megapixel camera. It supports WiFi 802.11b/g/n and includes Beats Audio enhancement. Other features include proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, G-sensor and micro USB connector for charging. There will be a NFC version.
HTC Desire C is now available from £13 a month with no upfront cost on the Ultimate Internet 100 plan.
