Other than the latest Intel Ivy Bridge 3rd gen Core processor, some models will also sport dedicated NVIDIA graphics card. All these notebooks can be equipped with up to 16GB of RAM. While the 14-inch T430 and T430s come with up to either 500GB hard drive or 256GB SSD, the 15-inch T530 can get up to 1TB hard drive or 256GB SSD.
Lenovo’s new ThinkPads come with integrated optical drive and a 4-in-1 card reader. They feature 720p HD webcam with face tracking, Dolby Advanced Audio v2 (Dolby Home Theater for T430s), and dual array HD microphone and mini DisplayPort output. You can also find USB 3.0 connector and support for Bluetooth, WiFi and optional 4G mobile broadband connectivity. The T430, T430s and T530 notebooks also sport the new precision keyboard with optional backlight. The T430 and T530 offer over 30 hours of battery life when they are configure with 9-cell batteries and optional battery slices. They support Rapid Charge technology for rejuicing the battery to 80% in just 30 minutes.
Lenovo’s ThinkPad T430, T430s and T530 will be released in June. The former two will start at $879 and $1399 respectively.
