Lava is lauching the XOLO X900, the first Intel-powered smartphone, in India on 23 April with a price tag of INR22000 (USD$424). The X900 is the first Intel Inside smartphone featuring an Intel 1.6Ghz Atom Z2460 processor with Hyper Threading Technology for speedy performance, and 400Mhz graphics processor as well as Full HD 1080p video recoding and playback capability. It has 1GB of RAM and 16GB internal memory.
The XOLO X900 has a sleek design and features a 4.03-inch 1024×600 touchscreen display with Gorilla Glass, a 8 Megapixel camera with LED flash, Full HD video recording and burst mode that can capture 10 pictures in under a second and a 1.3 Megapixel front camera. The phone supports HSPA+ 3G network, Bluetooth 2.1 and WiFi 802.11b/g/n as well as NFC (Near Field Communication). The Intel Inside handset is equipped with Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Magnetometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor.
The XOLO X900 offers up to 7.8 hours of talk time on 3G and up to 14 days of standby time.
