Epson launches a new home theater projector, the PowerLite Home Cinema 710HD with an affordable price. The new projector has a sleek and compact design and comes in white. It uses Epson’s 3LCD 3-chip technology and delivers 1280x720p resolution, 3000:1 contrast ratio, and up to 2800 lumens of color and white light output. The projector is easy to set-up – just place it in an entertainment center or mount to the ceiling 3.5 to 35.5 feet from the wall or screen.

The PowerLite 710HD features 1.2x optical zoom for positioning flexibility, automatic vertical keystone (+/- 30 degrees) correction, easy-slide horizontal correction for easy image adjustments. It also includes E-TORL lamp technology for optimum light uniformity and an extend lamp life of up to 5,000 hours. As a home cinema projector, the 710HD is equipped with built-in speakers and provides Component Video, S-Video, HDMI inputs and a USB 2.0 port for sharing photos and slideshows.

The Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 710HD will be available in late-April for $649.
