Along with the premium DA-E750 audio dock, Samsung also introduce the HT-E6500W and HT-E6730W high-end Blu-ray 3D home theater systems. Both flagship systems, like the E750, use Samsung’s patented vacuum tube amplifier technology. “Vacuum tubes, which use a long-lasting heated cathode inside a glass bulb to amplify sound, offer a warmer, more natural sound compared to conventional audio systems utilizing transistors.”
Samsung HT-E6500W
The HT-E6730W is a 71-channel home theater system with 1330-watt output and six speakers. Its two swivel speakers that are mounted on the specially designed front height speakers and may be turned upwards so sounds vertically cascade down onto the listener. You can place the two rear wireless satellite speakers anywhere in the room. The 5.1-channel HT-E6500W, on the other hand, comes with two half tall speakers and two wireless rear speakers, offering 1000-watt of sound. Both systems come with a dual-unit passive radiator subwoofer that provides clear, rich bass response.
Samsung’s HT-E6500W and HT-E6730W are capable of up-converting lower quality content to Full HD 1080p. They have built-in WiFi for access to Samsung Smart Hub, the web and social networking services such as Facebook and Twitter.
To be released in Spring, the Samsung HT-E6500W and HT-E6730W will be available for $799.99 and $999.99 respectively.
