ZTE announced at the MWC 2012 its new HD touchscreen smartphone, the PF112 with a large 4.5-inch 1280×720 HD touchscreen display. Powered by a Qualcomm MSM8260A Krait dual-core processor and 1GB RAM, the new handset runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It has a 8 Megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash, HD video recording, Smile Recognition, HDR Exposure bracketing. There is also a 720p front-facing camera for video calls.
The ZTE PF112 comes with 8GB onboard storage and supports microSD/SDHC up to 32GB. The HD smartphone supports Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi and GPS connectivity as well as DLNA for wireless media streaming and MHL for HDMI output. It also packs e-compass, gyroscope, light sensor, and weight sensor. The phone comes with dual microphone for background noise cancellation and offers Dolby sound. The ZTE PF112 has a metallic shell.
