HTC introduced at the MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2012 its new One brand to unify its new smartphone lineup. Three new One series devices has been announced and all of them gets Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4 user experience. Utilizes a custom HTC ImageChip, the One X, One S and One V delivers superfast capture at just 0.7 seconds, ability to capture a photo in the midst of recording HD video, and superfast 0.2-seconds autofocus that allows you to continue to take nearly unlimited continuous shots simply by holding the shutter button.
The new One series phones also feature Beats by Dr Dre Audio integration, which now works with third party apps. HTC also brings Dropbox integration to the Sense 4.0 and provides 25GB of free DropBox space for two years. Also announced is HTC’s wireless Media Link HD accessory that brings content from One devices to HDTV via HDMI.
HTC One series will begin shipping in April with broad global availability available beginning in April through more than 140 mobile operators and distributors globally
