Samsung announced two new dual-SIM Android mobile phones, the GALAXY Y DUOS and the GALAXY Y Pro DUOS with QWERTY keyboard. Both phones are powered by 832MHz processor and runs Android 2.3 OS with TocuhWiz UI. They have two SIM card slots allowing two separate phone numbers and a simultaneous use of data on the same device.
The GALAXY Y DUOS has a 3.14-inch touchscreen while the Pro version comes with a 2.6-inch touchscreen and a QWERTY keyboard. They come with a 3 Megapixel camera, WiFi connectivity, microSD card slot (a 2GB card included), GPS support, FM radio and Bluetooth. The GALAXY Y Pro DUOS also has a front VGA camera for video chat. Both dual-SIM GALAXY Y phones support quad-band EDGE/GPRS and dual-band HSDPA 7.2Mbps network.
