HP introduces the Wireless Audio, a two-piece kit for users to stream music and audio wirelessly from notebook or desktop PC to speakers. There is a thumb-size dongle that attaches to any PC and a tiny receiver that attaches to speakers through its two analog or two digital ports.
Using tri-band connectivity, the Wireless Audio promises low interference, lag time and latency for the highest sound quality. The system can stream uncompressed audio to up to four external devices. It is also able to stream directly to any KleerNet device, without using the receiver.
The HP Wireless Audio will be released in Mid-December for $99.99.
