Adesso launches two new visual presenters, the NuScan 500 for A4 size and the NuScan 510 for A3 size. Both models are 5 Megapixel visual presenters that can be used with a computer to capture real-time images of 3D objects (up to 11.7 x 16.5 x 15″ in size), magazines, books, documents, pictures and business cards and present through a monitor or projector. They are also multi-functional, allowing you to use them as webcam, camera, scanner, digital file copier, electronic faxing and projector.
The NuScan presenters are equipped with unique down-facing lens that makes repetitive image capturing, demonstrations, tutorials and lectures comfortable and simple. The NuScan 500 offers A4 Size shooting area of up to 8.3 x 11.7″ (210 x 297mm) while the NuScan 510 provides A3 Size shooting area of up to 11.7 x 16.5″ (297 x 420mm). It comes with ArcSoft MediaImpression HD software for taking snapshots or record videos of just about anything, and ABBYY FineReader Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software for converting captured images of documents into editable PDF, Word or Excel files.
The Adesso NuScan 500 and NuScan 510 are priced at $199.99 and $249.99, respectively.
