While the ATRIX gets the Laptop Dock, Motorola brings the LAPDOCK 100 for unleashing the full-scale power of the ATRIX 2 and PHOTON 4G. Like the Laptop Dock for ATRIX, the new LAPDOCK is designed to transform your smartphone to work like a netbook, thanks to the Webtop application on the ATRIX 2 and PHOTON 4G. The dock features a full-sized keyboard and two-finger scroll pad for easy typing and control.
The Motorola LAPDOCK 100 features a 10.1-inch 1366×768 LCD display and two USB ports for expansion. The dock allows for easy multitasking. It comes with full FireFox browser, Adobe Flash, PC-like File manager, and and allows users to print documents through the integrated MOTOPRINT application. According to Motorola, the LAPDOCK will also work with future Motorola webtop-enabled devices.
The Motorola LAPDOCK 100 weighs just 2.2lbs. It will be available from Verizon Wireless, Sprint and AT&T.
