Avid launches the new M-Audio BX D2 series monitors, including the BX8 D2 and BX5 D2 both with a new look and improved sound. The BX8 and BX5 are equipped with Kevlar low-frequency drivers and waveguide-loaded silk dome tweeters to provide rich, defined bass and smooth, clear highs.
The BX8 D2 sports an 8-inch woofer and 130 watts of distributed power and the BX5 D2 packs 5-inch woofer and features 70 watts of distributed power. They have optimized rear port, offering extended low-frequency response.
The BX5 D2 and BX8 D2 are available for $399.99 and $599.99, respectively.
