Epson announced two new portable projectors, the PowerLite 1221 and PowerLite 1261W, for small and medium-sized business. Based on 3-chip 3LCD display technology, the former features XGA resolution while the latter has widescreen WXGA resolution. They offer 2800 lumens brightness and use the E-TORL lamp technology, extending lamp life to up to 5,000 hours.
The PowerLite 1221 and PowerLite 1261W include automatic vertical keystone and new Easy-Slide technology, an intuitive horizontal keystone adjustment slider for easy image alignment. They support USB Plug n Play for instantly projecting video and audio from a PC or Mac via USB connection. There are also HDMI connector as well.
The PowerLite 1221 and PowerLite 1261W will be released in September.
