Clearwire, 4G mobile broadband service provider, launches the new CLEAR Spot 4G Apollo personal hotspot. The new Apollo is designed to bring 4G high-speed network to WiFi-enabled devices including notebook/netbook, smartphone, tablet. It can simultaneously connect up to eight Wi-Fi devices at 4G speeds.
The CLEAR Spot 4G Apollo is built by Gemtek. It has a displau for showing connection status. The 4G hotspot offers up to 6 hours of use with its built-in rechargeable battery. With CLEAR mobile Internet service, users can experience average mobile download speeds of 3 to 6 mbps with bursts up to 10 mbps. Unlimited 4G coverage from CLEAR starts at $35/month for the home, while unlimited mobile plans start as low as $45/month.
