Magellan launches the new RoadMate 5175T-LM (model RM5175SGLUC) GPS navigation device with built-in WiFi connectivity. The device has a 5-inch touchscreen with Wide VGA resolution. With WiFi, the 5175T-LM, at stops or between meetings, can connect to hotspots to search for user-rated dining and other destinations. WiFi connectivity also keeps the device up-to-date with the latest software updates delivered automatically.
The RoadMate 5175T-LM comes with subscription-free lifetime traffic alerts, highway lane assist, 6 Million Points of Interest (POI), spoken street names, and Magellan’s customizable OneTouch menu for favorite places and searches. It features the TourDirector, a personal guide designed specifically for travellers to help them plan tours to nearby attractions and restaurants. The GPS device is loaded with maps of United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico with free lifetime map updates and offers built-in AAA TourBook to provide ratings and descriptions of AAA approved places to stay, play, dine, and more.
Magellan’s RoadMate 5175T-LM is boosted by 533MHz processor and has a microSD/SDHC card slot for expansion. The price is $299.99.
