Western Digital launches the AV-GP 2.5TB and 3TB large capacity hard drives serving the AV markrt including intensive AV applications such as 24/7 video streaming in IPTV, digital video recorders, video surveillance, single-drive media servers and external multimedia storage.
The 3.5-inch AV-GP hard drives have 64MB cache memory and use SATA 3Gb/s interface for high-speed data transfer. The 2.5TB AV-GP (model WD25EURS) and 3TB AV-GP (model WD30EURS) are available for $159.99 and $179.99, respectively.
