Microsoft releases the LifeCam HD-3000, a 720p HD webcam that does cinematic 16:9 widescreen recording. The new webcam features 720p sensor to record HD video at up to 30fps, and noise-cancelling unidirectional microphone for crystal-clear audio. It includes the TrueColor Technology to delivers bright and colourful video, in virtually all lighting conditions.
The LifeCam HD-3000 is optimized for Windows Live Messenger while it also works with Yahoo! Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger and Skype. There is Windows Live call button for one-touch video calling on Windows Live.
The Microsoft LifeCam HD-3000 is available for $33.85.
