Transcend adds to its line of external hard drive two new high-capacity models, the StoreJet 25H3P using USB 3.0 SuperSpeed interface, and the USB 2.0 StoreJet 25H2P, both with 1TB storage capacity. The new StoreJet drives come with a reinforced hard casing that evenly distributes the force of an impact and an anti-slip rubber enclosure. According to the company, they have passed the rigorous U.S. military drop-test tests.
The StoreJet 25H3P offers up to 90MB/s transfer speed, thanks to USB 3.0 connection. The USB 3.0 drive is priced at $205 while the StoreJet 25H2P costs $185.
