Epson announced its new BrightLink 455Wi interactive projector designed to transform a wall or table into an interactive learning area. Based on 3LCD display technology, Epson’s 455Wi features native WXGA resolution and 2500 lumens color and white light output. It offers installation flexibility by providing a wide range of XGA and WXGA usable interactive areas.
With the two digital infrared pens, the BrightLink projector is an ultra-short throw solution offering image size flexibility and advanced connectivity options to project onto a whiteboard, wall, table, or other smooth, light-colored, hard surface. Pen tray and wall mount hardware are also included.
The Epson BrightLink 455Wi is able to project a 80-inch image from only 10-inch away. It includes built-in closed captioning decoder and comes with built-in 12W speaker. The Epson BrightLink 455Wi is currently available for $2,199 and the height-adjustable wall mount and height-adjustable mobile cart will be available in May for Brighter Futures pricing of $519 and $1,499 respectively.
