After Motorola XOOM and LG G-Slate, here comes the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (model P7100) tablet that also runs Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet-optimized OS. While the original Galaxy Tab is a 7-incher, the new model comes with a 10.1-inch 1280×800 touchscreen display, just like the XOOM and G-Slate.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 is powered by a 1GHz Tegra 2 dual core processor and comes with 16GB or 32GB internal storage. The powerful tablet device features a 8 Megapixel rear-facing camera with auto focus, LED flash and 1080p Full HD video recording, a 2 Megapixel front camera for video chat, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n and a 6860mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 supports quad-band GSM/EDGE and quad-band 3G/4G HSPA+ 21Mbps networks. It measures 246.2 x 170.4 x 0.9mm and weighs 599g.
