Rollei announced its Powerflex 3D, a compact twin-lens 3D digital camera. The point-and-shoot 3D camera can capture 5 Megapixrl still images and 1280×720 HD videos at 30fps. It features a 2.8-inch LCD display and the Parallax barrier display technology, allowing users to see 3D images without 3D glasses.
The Powerflex 3D also offers 8x digital zoom and digital image stabilization. It has 2D and 3D mode and offers one-button switch. The 3D camera includes also HDMI output for showing 3D images on HDTV.
Rollei also launches the Designline 3D digital photo frame with a 7-inch 16:9 display. The 3D digital frame not only displays 2D and 3D images but also plays MP3 with its built-in stereo speakers. It’s lithium-ion battery offers up to 3 hours of use. The Designline 3D provides touch operation and comes with a remote control.
Rollei’s Powerflex 3D camera and Designline 3D digital frame are priced at Euro 299.95.
