Seagate Barracuda Green Eco-Friendly Hard Drives

Seagate launches the new Barracuda Green series eco-friendly desktop hard drive consuming only 5.8W of power during normal operation. Comes 1TB, 1.5TB and 2TB capacities, the Barracuda Green is available with either SATA 3Gb/s interface and 32MB cache, or SATA 6Gb/s interface and 64MB cache.


The Green drive has the industry’s only 5900-RPM spin speed to deliver the best performance in the green-power drive category.
