Creative announced two new Sound Blaster Tactic3D gaming headsets, the Tactic3D Alpha and Tactic3D Sigma, both with THX TruStudio Pro technology for a completely immersive 3D audio experience. They are also the first Sound Blaster headsets to feature customizable profiles, for a precise audio experience every time.
Creative Sound Blaster Tactic3D Alpha
The THX TruStudio Pro technology allows the Alpha and Sigma to deliver a 360 degree surround sound gaming experience so gamers can hear sounds clearly from the front, back, above and below. Both headsets also include the THX TruStudio Pro Bass producing heart-pounding, customizable bass levels without compromising signal integrity. Users can customizes their own TacticProfile, which can then be shared with other gamers.
Creative Sound Blaster Tactic3D Sigma
The Sound Blaster Tactic3D Alpha gets 40mm Neodymium drivers while the Tactic3D Sigma packs 50mm Neodymium gaming-tuned linear high-resolution drivers. Both of them feature programmable VoiceFX for voice morphing into in-game characters or during VoIP chats, detachable noise-cancelling microphone, dual-mode USB 2.0 adapter that enables headset to be used in analogue mode, and non-tangle flat ribbon cable. The Tactic3D adds steel core headband for a precise fit with maximum durability.
The Tactic3D Alpha is availabel for $60.57 and the Tactic3D Sigma for $87.99.
