InFocus announced the LiteShow III wireless adapter that can turn any projector or flat panel with VGA input into a wireless and networked display. The LiteShow uses WiFi 802.11n wireless technology offering up to 150Mbps transfer speed and a range up to 300 feet. The adapter supports up to 1024×768 output resolution and supports decoding of MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4, DivX(R)3/4/5, Xvid, WMV 9, MP3, WMA files.
When a projector or other display with LiteShow III is connected to a network, computers on the network can connect to the LiteShow III-enabled display to share visual information just like sending documents to a network printer. The Moderator and QuadView features allow multiple computers to connect to the display at the same time and let you control which computer (or computers) is displayed.
