Vuzix announced its WRAP 920AR augmented reality video eyewear for PC that looks just like a sunglasses. The 920AR is able to produce a 67-inch image as seen from 10-feet (3 meter). It has a stereo camera pair that captures 752 x 480 images at 60 fps, delivers a single 1504 x 480 side-by-side image that can be viewed in 3D stereoscopic video on the Wrap eyewear displays, bringing mixed and augmented reality to life.
Vuzix WRAP 920AR comes with the MAXimum3D software, a plug-in for Autodesk® 3ds Max® Design software. It is priced at $1995.
