Motorola MING MT810
Motorola introduces three new MING series Android smartphones, the MT810 (Beihai) for China Mobile’s TD-SCDMA network, the XT806 (Qilin) for China Telecom’s CDMA-2000 network, and the A1680 (Lucky 3G) for China Unicom’s WCDMA network. All three models have the iconic MING flip design and the signature transparent flip cover.
First of all, the MT810 runs China Mobile’s OPhone OS 2.0 implementation of Android. The phone has a 3.2-inch resistive touchscreen that is perfect for stylus and finger input while it’s transparent cover is a second capacitive touchscreen that offers full finger touch functionality even when the phone is closed. It is capable of 720×480 video recording and includes support for CMMB mobile TV format.
Motorola MING XT806
The MING XT806 is an Android 2.1 for China Telecom. It offers dual-mode/dual-standby support for CDMA EVDO and GSM networks. The XT806 features a 3.2-inch screen with a super-sharp 300dpi resolution, 720p HD video recording, GPS support and integrated mobile business application tools such as Quicknotes.
Motorola MING A1680
Lastly, the MING A1680 is a WCDMA phone for China Unicom. It comes with a 3.1-inch AMOLED touchscreen, support for WiFi/WAPI, 5 Megapixel camera, GPS support and sixth-generation SoftStylus handwriting system.
